A Celebration to Remember
Our Cotswold stone barn sits on the hill above the farm house in the heart of Copsegrove farm at the end of a quiet mile long chestnut lined drive on the edge of Bisley, a beautiful village in the Cotswolds.
A lovingly restored
Cotswold barn
The barn is full of character and charm and makes a gorgeous venue for a special celebratory dinner, or a wedding ceremony and celebrations for up to 75 guests.
An equally stunning venue for choirs or music ensembles to perform in, with the most fabulous acoustics!
With a full catering kitchen, bespoke cooking fire pit outside with spit, disabled access, 2 loos and ample parking nearby. In house catering available to suit wants and wishes.
Special features of our barn
Hanging from the hand cut elm beams in the roof of the barn are two exquisite 2 metre wide chandeliers, crafted from the original steel grain elevator scoops , and they cast a warm inviting glow over our feast nights, and celebratory events. Two large old clock tower bells sit beneath, and can be rung to gather people together for toasts, and speeches in celebration.
The magnificent fire place holds a mighty roaring log fire for cooler evenings, and is a stunning focal point beneath a strip of back lit beautiful Victorian stained glass, an artefact of ancient Bankes family history, which is mounted high in the wall above the chimney flue.
Guests can spill out in to the festoon lit courtyard, or mingle on sofas and bean bags in our cosy and quirky rustic bar to be found in the old Bull Pen.
Rented both privately for events, and also with our partner Unique Homestays for weddings.

"It was a celebration that felt intimate and truly special.”
“Our wedding at Copsegrove was everything we dreamed of - personal, fun, and completely relaxed. The atmosphere felt effortless. Being able to share quality time with our closest family and friends over 4-days meant we were able to maximise the time together, and enjoy Ian’s incredible food more than once!

"We have created memories that none of us will forget."
Magical! From the first time we came to Copsegrove Farm, magical was the world that came to mind, and Kate and Martin’s attention to detail, warm and welcoming manner was the icing on the cake! Everyone in our party had a wonderful time and enjoyed all that their beautiful home had to offer. It is sad to go but we have created memories that none of us will forget. We look forward to returning in the future.

"Nothing was too much trouble for Kate & Martin."
A really wonderful week of lunches and dinners leading up to the family wedding. The dining table worked so well, the barn was perfect for dancing and the outdoor spaces were really atmospheric. Nothing was too much trouble for Kate & Martin, to whom we say thank you for letting us share this very special place. We are exhausted but very happy!
